POSITION Instructional Designer
LOCATION Hybrid - Wilmington, MA (MUST BE LOCAL)
DURATION 6 Month (possible CTH)
REQUIRED SKILLS • Minimum of 5 years of experience; 3 years of related experience in Adult Learning, Training, Instructional Design and curriculum development for all methodologies (eLearning, ILT, VILT) • Experience in creating technical training for Oracle (or other) ERP systems is required. • Experience in creating training based on business processes and workflows to support user adoption. • Experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent deliverables across complex work streams in a matrixed organization
