Job Description
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?
Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence, and proof of auto insurance.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location in Mahopac, NY.
Secondary locations: Yorktown, Bedford, Somers, Westchester County, NY.
Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (late start on Thursday).
Salary and Benefits
Hourly compensation $17.50 to $21.00 based on relevant experience.
