Pay:
$21–$25/hr + commission, & overtime
Hours:
35+ per week | Day shift | Nights, weekends & on-call as needed

Job Summary We are seeking a
Contents Supervisor
to oversee contents cleaning, pack-outs, inventory, and team coordination after fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. This role blends hands‑on cleaning work with leadership and organization—ensuring all items are restored, tracked, protected, and returned with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contents cleaning and restoration activities
Manage pack-outs, labeling, photo documentation, and pack‑back operations
Operate ultrasonic cleaning systems, HEPA equipment, and restoration tools
Supervise, train, and support contents technicians
Evaluate items for cleaning, deodorization, or disposal decisions
Maintain an organized warehouse, cleaning stations, and storage areas
Communicate updates with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
Uphold all safety, OSHA, and company compliance standards
Required Qualifications
2+ years contents or restoration experience (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage detailed inventory, documentation, and labeling
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Louisville, KY 40299
Individuals with criminal records are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills & Technology Knowledge
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Experience with ultrasonic cleaning systems
Familiarity with Esporta / textile restoration systems
Proficiency with Contents Track or similar contents‑management software
Experience using Xactimate for estimates or reviewing scopes (preferred)
Familiarity with DASH or other restoration job‑management platforms
Ability to use iPads/tablets for photos, inventories, and digital documentation
Experience with Encircle, MICA, or iRestore is a plus
Knowledge of deodorization equipment (ozone/hydroxyl) is beneficial
