Interior Designer
to join our Milwaukee, WI team.
In this role, you’ll be an essential contributor to both architectural and interior design efforts—engaging in the creative process and supporting projects from kickoff through construction administration. You’ll help gather project requirements, assist in planning and documentation, and carry out technical aspects of the design.

Responsibilities
work with Architects and Interior Designers to establish the design concept by translating programming requirements into design solutions that enhance the user experience and meet the project goals;
prepare plans, renderings, sketches, or other visual aids for design presentations;
research, select, and specify materials to support design goals and project’s technical requirements;
work on a wide variety of project types and scales. Versatility to adapt to a variety of collaborative design team settings is necessary;
perform technical aspects of the interior design process from project setup through to construction administration;
assist with Furniture planning, design and specification; and
develop Artwork and Environmental Graphics concepts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Interior Design/Interior Architecture program or related field
1-3 years of experience
Proficiency in Revit required; Experience with SketchUp, Enscape desired
Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Adobe Creative Suite desired
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail and motivation to learn
Collaborative and professional work ethic
Ability to take initiative and work both in a team environment and as an individual
Attention to detail, organization skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines
Salary Information The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $49,200 - 63,900
