Position Overview We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take the reins of our email and SMS marketing efforts across Gigi Pip and Two Roads. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who understands how to craft timely, compelling messages that deepen customer relationships, drive conversions, and increase retention.
Our dream candidate is equal parts strategist and storyteller—someone who can build automation flows that feel personal, create campaigns that perform, and make decisions rooted in performance insights. If you geek out over segmentation, love mapping journeys, and can write copy that converts, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute all email and SMS marketing initiatives—from ideation and calendar planning to deployment and reporting
Build and maintain automated flows (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back) across platforms
Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement to deliver highly personalized messages
Collaborate with both brand teams and retail teams to ensure campaigns reflect our offers, objectives, and brand guidelines
Monitor performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, CVR, unsubscribe rate, etc.) to continuously optimize efforts
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, timing, and offers to boost performance
Partner with customer service and retention teams to align on messaging strategy and uncover new lifecycle opportunities
Ensure compliance with email and SMS regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and maintain healthy list hygiene, as well as understand best practices for sending to avoid ending up in the spam folder
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for lifecycle marketing in the DTC space
Requirements
1+ years of experience managing email and/or SMS marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or DTC brand
Proficiency with a major lifecycle platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Mailchimp, Omnisend etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
Excellent copywriting and editing skills for short-form and conversion-focused content
Experience with campaign segmentation, journey mapping, and performance analysis
Knowledge of email/SMS compliance and deliverability best practices
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
