Overview Custom Pool Pros is a leading luxury pool builder specializing in creating stunning backyard transformations. We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Social Media Coordinator to lead our social media presence and content creation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Edit high‑quality videos, reels, and short‑form content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
Design supporting graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.
Manage content calendars and track engagement to improve performance and reach.
Actively engage with followers, comments, and related pages to grow brand visibility.
Capture, organize, and showcase 5‑star customer reviews and project highlights.
Brainstorm creative campaigns and collaborations that align with brand goals.
Experience writing blog posts.
Expanded Responsibilities (Brand, Strategy & Influencer Work)
Develop and refine brand voice, presence, and visual consistency across platforms.
Identify and understand target audiences for different types of content.
Create and execute content and promotional strategies for growth and engagement.
Research and analyze the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences.
Help plan and support podcast‑related content (recording, editing, clipping, and promotion).
Oversee and manage your own content workflow, deadlines, and priorities independently.
Collaborate with local influencers, lifestyle creators, and community partners for cross‑promotion opportunities.
Web & SEO Familiarity (Preferred, Not Required)
Familiarity with SEMrush, BrightLocal, or other SEO tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of keyword research or analytics is beneficial but not required.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms for a brand or business.
Expertise in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (required).
Strong visual eye for storytelling and design.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Metricool, or similar scheduling and design tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
$50,000 base salary + potential to earn $30,000+ in performance bonuses.
