Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is the driving force that keeps MTI’s marketing engine running at full speed. In this highly visible, hands‑on role, you’ll orchestrate the marketing schedule, data, partnerships, and logistics that power our brand from shaping marketing schedules and ensuring flawless execution, to maintaining product data accuracy, supporting distribution partners, and bringing our trade show presence to life.
You will collaborate daily with sales teams, agency partners, and distribution networks to ensure every campaign, communication, and piece of content is delivered with precision and on time. Key Responsibilities Marketing Schedule & Project Execution
Own the master marketing schedule, ensuring all campaigns, agency projects, partner activities, and internal deadlines are tracked and delivered on time.
Coordinate channel and vendor activities: support media planning, manage calendars, and ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.
Execute marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing agency on deliverables and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely completion.
Process and track marketing expenses.
Dealer / Distribution Partner Marketing
Maintain strong, regular communication with distribution partner marketing teams.
Coordinate dealer‑facing marketing communications including price files, product data, contracts, and promotional announcements.
Ensure MTI product data across partner systems remains accurate, current, and consistently maintained.
Serve as the primary liaison for new product updates, promotions, and general marketing announcements to partners.
Sales Team Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing tools, materials, product information, and data support their needs.
Support sales events and initiatives, including preparation of event‑specific materials.
Assist with product/sales training and updates to training collateral.
CRM System
Oversee CRM data integrity including account, contact, and lead approvals, and maintenance of product and pricing data.
Input and route marketing‑generated leads to the appropriate Solutions Advisor and communicate handoffs with the sales team. Assist sales team members with CRM questions and provide support documentation, work instructions, and user guides.
Manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) until they are ready for assignment.
Digital Marketing & Marketing Asset Management
Support and execute updates to website content and digital marketing materials.
Collaborate with agency web teams to troubleshoot site issues and ensure accurate, timely updates.
Maintain and inventory all marketing brochures, print materials, samples, and floor templates.
Process requests for marketing materials from customers and the sales team.
Oversee storage, reorders, and distribution of print collateral and promotional items.
Coordinate business card procurement with HR.
Trade Shows & Events
Manage trade show and event logistics: scheduling, accommodations, exhibit space, services, and booth shipments.
Track and maintain demo product inventory, displays, and promotional items.
Coordinate with sales to ensure readiness of event materials and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
1-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination or similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with marketing assets (print and digital), vendor coordination, and partner/distributor channels.
Basic understanding of social media management and website CMS platforms.
Proficiency in standard office suite (MS Office), especially Excel and file/collaboration tools.
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or distribution company environment (preferably within equipment or medical devices).
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Experience managing product data for channel/distribution partner systems.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$62,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
