Remember Media is looking for two Social Media Managers to join our creative team full-time at the start of 2026. This position requires a creative individual who will be responsible for producing engaging content that builds loyal online communities for our clients’ audiences across various platforms while maintaining organized workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in editing, copywriting, and community engagement, and is passionate about bringing brands to life through innovative storytelling and visual assets. This role is also responsible for supporting the organization’s goal to remain the pioneers of our industry by attending community events online and in-person, and creatively developing and assisting with our own marketing strategies via Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
Experience and Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management
Proficiency in video editing software and social media management platforms
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms, with a knack for creating compelling content
Understanding of social media best practices and current trends
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Passionate about community engagement and building meaningful relationships with audience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
Self-motivated, deadline-driven and extremely organized
Must have reliable transportation to and from office
Enjoys a collaborative environment and supporting clients with achieving their goals
Highly energetic, positive, flexible and social media-obsessed
Responsibilities
Create engaging, high-quality copy for social media posts, including captions, stories, and promotional/lifestyle content that align with the brand’s voice and strategy.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts that align with brand strategies and reach Remember Media’s monthly metric goals
Monitor and respond to comments and interactions on social media to foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement
Film, edit, and produce high-quality Reels and TikToks that resonate with target audiences
Support the marketing team with additional administrative duties as needed, including filming, attending client meetings, creating email newsletters, blog posts, and other communications
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of content produced
Manage organization of video assets, ensuring all footage is stored properly & easily accessible
Build trust as a top social media manager through always learning & being visible
Demonstrate cultural/generational awareness and respect
Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas can flourish
