Marketing Strategist- Lead Generation & Nurture Programs
National Insurance Housing is seeking a driven, creative, and data-savvy Marketing Strategist to help us elevate our visibility, expand our market share, and convert interest into lasting partnerships. This individual will help design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, enrich our sales funnel, and nurture long-term relationships with carriers, adjusters, property owners, and vendor partners. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, lead management, and sales enablement.
The right person will understand how to blend storytelling with data—turning insight into action, and action into revenue.
Expectations for Success Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for NIH’s sales team, leveraging email, digital advertising, social media, direct mail, events, and referral programs.
Partner with the sales and leadership teams to ensure every campaign directly supports revenue goals, referral growth, and brand differentiation.
Create clear, compelling messaging that speaks to our core audiences: insurance carriers, adjusters, and housing providers.
Track campaign results in real time and make data-driven adjustments to maximize engagement and conversion.
Lead Generation & Enrichment
Build and manage targeted prospect lists, segmenting by carrier, territory, or market vertical.
Enrich and qualify leads using CRM and marketing automation tools—ensuring every contact record is complete, current, and actionable.
Collaborate with Marketing/Management/Sales to refine MQL → SQL definitions and ensure timely, quality hand-offs.
Use data intelligence to uncover new partnership and market opportunities.
New Business Development Campaigns
Design and execute outbound campaigns aimed at expanding NIH’s reach to new carriers, IA firms, property management companies, and corporate housing partners.
Create compelling outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, events, and trade show tie‑ins) that communicate NIH’s unique value and partnership advantages.
Test new lead sources and campaign concepts to open untapped markets.
Nurture Campaigns & Relationship Marketing
Build automated nurture programs that keep NIH top‑of‑mind with adjusters, carrier contacts, and property partners.
Develop tailored content such as case studies, testimonials, quarterly updates, and industry insights to maintain engagement and loyalty.
Create seasonal or event‑based campaigns (e.g., PLRB, hurricane season, holiday themes) that strengthen existing relationships and drive referrals.
Work closely with Sales and marketing to coordinate follow‑up efforts and ensure consistent brand voice and timing.
Participate in sales related activities.
Sales Alignment & Data Optimization
Partner with President and Relationship Managers to ensure campaign messaging matches on‑the‑ground sales activity.
Analyze performance data across marketing and sales pipelines to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Continuously refine strategy based on analytics, sales feedback, and industry trends.
Attend conferences to sell NIH
Sell NIH services to carriers, adjusters, property management companies
Complete special projects as needed

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation, preferably in insurance, property, or housing industries.
Proven experience building campaigns that drive measurable sales outcomes.
Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

$93,000.00-100,000.00 yearly + commissions
