Save Job

About EliseAI At EliseAI, we’re improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

About The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong foundation in visual craft and systems thinking to help shape the digital experience across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of product and brand—bringing clarity, cohesion, and polish to the way users interact with EliseAI. You’ll work on product interfaces, onboarding flows, and digital surfaces that guide users and elevate the overall experience.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and client‑facing teams to iterate quickly, respond to feedback, and ensure that every touchpoint feels intuitive and refined. You’re expected to work autonomously, lead within your domain, and introduce frameworks that accelerate outcomes and improve quality across teams.

Responsibilities

Design and refine intuitive, scalable UI that aligns with our design system and brand.

Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, user‑centered design solutions.

Create high‑impact visuals and interaction flows that turn complex problems into straightforward, actionable experiences.

Build Figma prototypes and interactive flows to communicate ideas and gather feedback early.

Work closely with product and engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver work on time.

Lead your projects independently, from concept to completion.

Contribute to and evolve design systems to bring consistency and efficiency across the product.

Introduce processes and design frameworks that improve collaboration and speed up execution across teams.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in digital, product, or experience design.

Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, UI thinking, and systems‑level work.

Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and library management.

Able to manage multiple projects independently and push work forward without heavy oversight.

Confident communicator and collaborator across product, engineering, and marketing.

Strong visual judgment, with an eye for detail and quality across UI.

Bonus if you have

A degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related visual or digital design field.

Basic HTML/CSS skills or enough front‑end knowledge to bring ideas to life.

Familiarity with user testing practices and incorporating feedback into your design process.

Experience working across different environments—such as B2B SaaS, agency, or in‑house teams.

Familiarity with generative‑UI platforms like Figma Make, v0, Lovable, and Claude.

Why Join Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
