This role will work in tandem with our Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator. Although the role is generally focused on directing and supporting our social media activity, as part of the talent acquisition team, this role may support and assist in other areas such as general career site management, maintaining the events page and creating of recruitment products such as event flyers or collateral materials. This role requires creativity, and eye for design, marketing focused, and detail oriented.
This role is Monday through Friday with a very flexible and hybrid work schedule.
Minimum Offer
$ 24.29/hr.
Maximum Offer
$ 30.14/hr.

Position Summary: Develops and executes social media campaigns to specific target markets for various media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and geo-fencing software with applicable web development for associated links; develops traditional communication and marketing materials. Researches and shares strategically valuable content from local and national media sources. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
Detailed responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA – Create original content relevant to target market. Develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness of service areas to include, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and geo-fencing. Implementation to include budgeting and estimated return on investment
TRENDS – Evaluate changing market trends; think of new and innovative ideas and apply strategies accordingly to changes in the social media market
MATERIALS – Write, review and edit communication materials including brochures and traditional marketing materials as needed
INFORMATION – Review national, state and local news to provide content for campaigns. Arrange professional comments from UNM staff when appropriate
ANALYZE – Analyze social media engagement metrics such as new user growth, likes, comments and shares
BENCHMARKS – Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media program. Analyze and review effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
REPORTS - Compile data, conduct analysis, and prepare regularly scheduled and special reports
CALENDAR – Create and maintain a social media calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term campaigns
CONTRACTS - Participate in contract and agreement negotiations with involved parties as appropriate
BUDGET - Assist in the management of budgets for the responsible area
DEVELOPMENT - Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, attending in-services, meetings and workshops
