Role Overview The Marketing Manager supports Arch Grants by executing marketing and communications initiatives that elevate organizational visibility, enhancedonorand partner engagement, andshowcasethe impact of our programs and funded founders. Reporting to the Director of Impact & Partnerships, this role manages digital channels, produces high-quality content, and implements campaigns that advance organizational priorities, support fundraising efforts, and strengthen relationships with donors, partners, founders, and the broader entrepreneurial community. This is an execution-oriented role with responsibility for producing content, managing assets, and coordinating marketing deliverables across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Campaign Implementation
Execute marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational and fundraising priorities.
Implement multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, print, PR) that promote programs, events, founder achievements, and impact.
Support donor acquisition and stewardship through targeted fundraising messages and appeal campaigns.
Produce marketing materials for organizational and development needs, including case statements, pitch decks, sponsorship assets, and event collateral.
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and key deadlines.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Develop high-quality written and visual content: social posts, newsletters, website pages, event collateral, press materials, and founder features.
Maintain consistent brand voice and message across all communications.
Partner with the Development team to produce content that supports donor engagement, including donor newsletters, fundraising email series, impact stories, and stewardship updates.
Develop founder success stories, portfolio highlights, and ecosystem updates that support both organizational storytelling and development case-making.
Support production of multimedia content (photo/video coordination, interviews, testimonials).
Digital Marketing & Channel Management
Manage day-to-day activities on Arch Grants’ social media channels.
Maintain and update the Arch Grants website.
Draft and deploy email newsletters and announcements.
Create and manage email communications targeted at donor and partner audiences, including appeals and event promotions.
Track performance metrics (social, email, website) and provide analytics that inform organizational and development strategies.
Brand, Events, and Public Relations Support
Ensure brand consistency across all organizational and donor-facing materials.
Create and coordinate event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and digital assets.
Support marketing for fundraising events such as the Gala and community engagement programs.
Support PR efforts (press tracking, coordination with PR consultants, distribution of press releases).
Assist with sponsorship recognition across channels and ensure fulfillment of marketing-related sponsor obligations.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Organizational Support
Collaborate cross-functionally with Programs, Development, and Operations teams to ensure marketing needs are met across the organization.
Work closely with the Director of Impact & Partnerships to align marketing activities with fundraising strategy and donor stewardship needs.
Assist with marketing needs for events.
Support special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and produce high-quality content.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (email platforms, social channels, basic CMS use).
Experience with basic design tools and ability to coordinate with designers.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
Work Environment & Benefits

Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs (e.g., room setup, event supplies)
