Leading Global Beauty Brand is seeking an Influencer Manager. This role will help create and execute the influencer marketing plan, work with an internal team to identify influencers and creators that align with the brand portfolio, nurture key relationships, and ultimately create organic buzz across social channels.

Responsibilities
Aid in the strategy and execution of influencer marketing initiatives, including defining campaign objectives and KPIs that drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. Help identify and develop a pool of influencers and creators that are a strong fit for each brand, and manage these relationships efficiently and effectively. Support the scaling of the organic influencer community while managing the day-to-day execution of the paid influencer program. Lead campaign management for paid influencer initiatives, including day-to-day communication with influencer partners, outreach, and contract/fee negotiations. Track and analyze performance of all influencer activities, delivering regular reports on campaign effectiveness with clear insights, key learnings, and areas of opportunity. Clearly communicate campaign initiatives, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders and help guide ongoing strategic improvements. Immerse yourself in the key brands and develop effective creative briefs for influencers and creators that align with brand narratives and priorities. Stay ahead of emerging trends in beauty, wellness, and influencer marketing, continuously innovating and adapting strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree in a related field is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in influencer and/or talent marketing. In-house or agency experience running influencer marketing programs is strongly preferred. Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and/or health & wellness is preferred. Experience with influencer management tools such as Tribe, Dash Hudson, or similar platforms is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to clearly report and visualize campaign results.
