A fast-growing AI company is building a next-generation planning and analytics platform that helps businesses turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. They blend advanced AI models with intuitive, high-quality design to create a product that teams actually enjoy using.
The Role3> You will join a small design team that owns the product experience end to end. This is a hands on role where you will shape the visual language, interaction patterns, and workflows that define the platform. You’ll translate user needs into clean, thoughtful designs and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI partners.
What You Will Do
Lead feature design from early concepts to polished prototypes
Create intuitive interfaces and interactions for complex problem spaces
Work closely with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to ensure high quality execution
Evolve and maintain the design system as the product grows
Contribute to a strong design culture and help shape the team
What You Bring
5+ years of product design experience across Web and Mobile
Strong visual, UI, and interaction skills
A portfolio that shows high quality work delivered in fast paced environments
Strength in breaking down complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through visuals and prototypes
Experience building or contributing to design systems
Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: brand, motion, typography, or print experience
