Company Description We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the health and wellness industry, selling across multiple online marketplaces and paid media platforms. We are seeking a hands‑on specialist with deep, practical experience across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, PPC channels, affiliate programs, and all related tools that drive scalable revenue.

This is a full‑execution role—you will manage, optimize, and grow all marketplace and advertising channels daily.

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Marketplace, PPC & Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a full understanding of all major marketplaces, paid campaign platforms, and affiliate systems. You must be able to independently optimize listings, create campaigns, conduct research, manage affiliates, and simultaneously grow performance across multiple channels.

This is an in‑office role at our Midtown West location.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other MP)

Create, manage, and optimize product listings (content, images, attributes, keywords).

Improve rankings, conversion rate, and visibility through continuous optimization.

Handle marketplace support issues, compliance, case management, and troubleshooting.

Conduct competitor analysis, category research, and opportunity identification.

Expand our catalog into new marketplaces and new categories.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

Manage and optimize paid campaigns on:

Amazon Ads

Walmart Connect

eBay Promoted Listings

Etsy Ads

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

Bing Ads

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

TikTok Ads

Improve ACOS/ROAS, reduce costs, increase traffic, and conversions.

Launch promotions, deals, coupons, and cross‑channel advertising initiatives.

Affiliate Marketing

Strong understanding and easy operation of

affiliate marketing across all major platforms .

Ability to find, approach, negotiate, onboard, and manage affiliates at scale.

Perform affiliate research using available tools, databases, and AI systems.

Manage affiliate networks, outreach systems, and communication at high volume.

Use CRM tools to track affiliate data, automate follow‑ups, and scale outreach.

Oversee affiliate performance, incentives, payouts, and ongoing support.

AI Tools, Software & Automation

Must know

all relevant AI tools, software, and subscriptions

used for:

Marketplace optimization

PPC and competitive intelligence

Affiliate outreach

Reporting

Content creation and bulk operations

Ability to learn and adopt new AI tools quickly.

Creative & Visual Work

Ability to do

simple graphic design , image editing, and enhance visual content.

Work with Photoshop/Canva/AI or similar tools to update listing images, infographics, variations, A assets, and cross‑platform creatives.

Collaborate with designers when higher‑level creative work is needed.

Analytics, Optimization & Operations

Analyze marketplace, PPC, and affiliate performance data.

Implement continuous improvements and testing.

Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams.

Conduct keyword, category, and advertising research.

Use AI tools for workflow optimization and research acceleration.

Reporting & Communication

Provide weekly reports every Friday by 6 PM summarizing accomplishments and next steps.

Daily check‑ins with the internal team.

Support additional related tasks for HealthyLine Holding as needed.

Requirements

3 years of hands‑on experience

across all required marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy.

Full experience with

Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Shopping campaigns .

Strong understanding of

affiliate marketing , including outreach, negotiation, management, and support.

Must know commonly used

AI tools, marketplace software, PPC software, affiliate systems, and CRMs .

Ability to perform simple design and handle image/visual content creation.

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if skills are strong.

Work Arrangement

Full‑time, in‑house

position at our Midtown West office.

Partial remote flexibility may be offered after several months of proven performance.
