PrismPoint is looking for a creative, dependable college student who knows how to turn ideas into clean, engaging content. I need someone who’s not afraid to think outside the box, try new things, and make our brand show up consistently on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, short‑form video creation, and capturing real moments—not just staged content.

You’ll help shape our online presence by creating videos, graphics, captions, and weekly posts that align with our message of growth, leadership, and practical project advisement. If you’re organized, hungry to learn, and can take direction without needing constant supervision, you’ll thrive here.

Creative eye

for visuals, layouts, and video pacing.

Short‑form editing

ability (reels, TikToks, talking‑head videos, B‑roll, hooks).

Social media awareness —what works, what doesn’t, and how to pivot.

Consistency

in posting and maintaining a content pipeline.

Storytelling skills —turning raw clips into something meaningful and on‑brand.

Professional writing

for posts and LinkedIn updates.

Basic analytics awareness —views, engagement, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Self‑starter mindset —someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Current college student (Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or similar preferred).

Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn trends and posting styles.

Experience using

Canva ,

CapCut , or similar editing tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to write clean, professional captions.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage time independently.

Willingness to capture video content during meetings, sessions, and behind‑the‑scenes moments when needed.

Ability to follow brand tone and adjust based on feedback.

Expected Responsibilities

Create and post weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Shoot and edit short‑form videos with engagement‑focused hooks and clean storytelling.

Repurpose long‑form materials (trainings, meetings, voice notes) into concise social content.

Update website content as needed—adding blog posts, refreshing visuals, and polishing copy.

Maintain a simple, organized content calendar to ensure consistent scheduling.

Track performance analytics and highlight what’s working or needs refinement.

Capture behind‑the‑scenes or live content from projects, events, or work sessions.

Keep digital folders, templates, and shared assets organized and easy to locate.

Create branded Canva templates for posts, stories, presentations, and internal materials.

Draft captions, hashtags, and short‑form copy that reflects the brand voice.

Conduct light research on trends, best practices, and creative techniques to elevate content.

Join a weekly alignment meeting to review priorities, upcoming themes, and new ideas.
