Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales
Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
Monitor and analyze website traffic and online engagement metrics
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns
Track and report on digital marketing performance and ROI
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners
Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback
Manage the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Creative and innovative mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
