Job Description Join our team as a Data Visualization Associate and help shape management decisions through impactful business analysis and project management. You’ll have the opportunity to drive structure and discipline around key initiatives, supporting career growth and skill development.

As a Data Visualization Associate within the Finance Data and Insights (FDI) team, you will be responsible for creating intelligent solutions by developing dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx for Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). You will report directly to the CCB Area Product Owner and collaborate closely with CCB Finance partners, Chiefs Financial Officers, and Planning & Analysis Teams. You must possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders (including business leaders, CFOs, and P&A teams) to determine requirements for new dashboards

Develop and enhance data visualization solutions utilizing Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot that provide intuitive insights to our key stakeholders

Develop and enhance Alteryx workflows, collecting data from disparate data sources and briefing the data as defined in requirements gathering with the stakeholders. Follow best practices to ensure that data is sourced from authoritative data sources to summarize and analyze key business drivers.

Conduct thorough control testing of each component of the intelligence solution providing evidence that all data and visualization are providing accurate insights and evidence in the control process

Seek to understand the stakeholder use cases, requirements, questions, and objections

Become a subject matter expert in these responsibilities and support team members in becoming more proficient themselves

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Tableau and data wrangling (e.g. Alteryx) experience is required

2+ years of experience in finance, data & analytics within the Financial Services industry

Flexible individual who can easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines

Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a high‑pressure environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize work products into executive summaries and/or briefs and reports

Proactive/self‑starter with the ability to deliver value‑added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner

Controls/Risk management focus – Ensure we remain adaptable and responsive to the changing regulatory landscape

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and highly results‑oriented

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Good to have Excel, SQL programming knowledge

Knowledge with data warehouse systems (Eg: Databricks, Snowflake) reporting applications/tools, is a plus
