In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $70,000.00 – $135,000.00
Agile Bath is a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions dedicated to providing stylish, cost‑effective, low‑maintenance bath improvements to homeowners, including those with accessibility needs. The role is a full‑time outside sales position focused on building relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners. Because 80% of the lead qualification process is handled for you, your sole focus is to sell our products using our proprietary sales training and presentation.
Prior to your first interaction, you will receive extensive training on the product line and sales process. In the first 90 days, you will learn our training process, master our iPad presentation software, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who truly need our solutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.
Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings.
Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software.
Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
Ability to work independently.
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
