Project Manager

Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Project Manager. This opportunity is strictly for a 6-month contract due to needing support. The PM will be responsible for leading project teams and sub teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. The PM will be managing projects in accordance with established program management methodologies, ensuring that multiple projects meet specified timelines, deliver expected results, manage and monitor project or program schedules, monitor progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain/adjust/update project plans as needed.

The role will be working 4 days onsite in Seattle, WA, and one day from home. Must reside local to Seattle, WA, as this opportunity is 100% onsite. Pay - $65/hr. - $70/hr. Location - Seattle, WA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 hours a week). Contract Duration - 6 Months.

Key Projects: The main focus is on looking into the current project process, looking into how to optimize and document the process (SOP), and manage the process until it can be passed on to align with the current workstream. Managing projects and helping create process documentation and reach a steady state within the project. Managing projects in a variety of ways, and will interact with the team as needed. Project manage photography post-production process for seasonal signage.

Work Environment: Kind and interactive team. Working with the manager and various PMs. Will collaborate with the photography team (not looking for a designer or a photographer).

Daily Responsibilities: Process optimization for project management within the post-production photography team. Creating documentation. Process improvement. Ability to work with differing teams and act as a liaison to meet deadlines and milestones. Collaborate and coordinate the project process, and assist with documentation.

Qualification Requirements: 5-8 years of Project Management experience. Bachelor's Degree required. SOP creation and process improvement experience with an existing project. Miro, Workfront (highly preferred, but trainable), Smartsheet, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is highly preferred. Heavy PM experience required. Creative Project Management experience (preference for experience working with a photography team in post-production). Print/Web/Digital/Mobile/other Media experience. Technology and Marketing industry experience (not too tech-heavy). Fictional knowledge on Creative Projects (preferred). Solution-oriented and able to present to working teams. Comfortable working individually, as well as building relationships with cross-functional partners as needed.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
