About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining, driving, and elevating the company's success, reputation, and market position through a comprehensive local and national marketing strategy. This executive will oversee all marketing, public relations, digital, and creative functions for the venue and events, ensuring that the company continues to set and raise the industry standard for excellence. Key responsibilities include leading the overall marketing and public relations strategy, serving as the final decision-maker for various marketing initiatives, and building and implementing the company's public relations and media strategy. The role also involves campaign planning, providing creative direction, and using real-time data to optimize marketing strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing and public relations leadership experience in a high-event volume arena or stadium, with at least 4 years at the director level or higher. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The ideal candidate will embody the company's values of authenticity, transparency, hospitality, compassion, inclusivity, and excellence. They should be strategic, big-picture thinkers, fierce communicators, and cross-department collaborators with a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing and creative teams. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and TM1 is preferred.
