As a vital part of our marketing and communications efforts, you will assist in the creation and dissemination of information about our products and services while working closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies. Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and other platforms. Coordinate and participate in promotional events and campaigns. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collect and analyze feedback to improve communication processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
