Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Business Systems Consulting assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to optimize control documentation and procedures within the EFT Workplace Technology Operation area
  • Review and rewrite control procedures to align with company policy and compliance standards.
  • Enhance procedural documentation by interviewing technology engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Pressure-test new and existing control documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Manage the lifecycle of procedure updates, including tracking deadlines related to issues, exams, and projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects current operational and technical realities.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procedure writing or technical documentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience writing procedures for Windows and macOS platforms and related workplace technology products.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation standards and lifecycle management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Wells Fargo or similar financial institutions.
  • Experience with editing and publishing Service Now Knowledge Base Articles
  • Experience developing documentation strategies, policies, and publishing guidelines.
