Based in Duluth, GA - We are a mid-sized commercial general contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality projects. Our expertise spans light industrial, big-box retail, medical, and office construction. With headquarters in the Southeast and additional offices across multiple states, we take pride in building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the region and beyond.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Manage proposals (RFP/RFQ) and create interview materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and design marketing collateral.
- Oversee website updates, social media, and content creation.
- Design graphics for proposals, ads, and communications.
- Support internal events and community initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases and templates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–7 years of marketing experience; A/E/C industry preferred.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva; WordPress a plus.
- Strong writing, organization, and time management skills.
