Primary Function of the Position
A instructional designer/content creator (contract-based) will be responsible for the design and content development of mission critical learning programs, including but not limited to web-based learning, instructor-led training, blended instruction solutions, and virtual, self-led programs. Development will focus on the clinical/technical aspects of our Intuitive products and will be developed using programs like Rise 360, Photoshop, Camtasia, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. Deliverables such as technical product videos and online learning modules will be integrated into learning management systems and multiple delivery platforms.
Essential Job Duties
• Project manage design phases (prototyping, testing, functionality, UX, dry run, development, publishing).
• Focus on rapid content development and efficient learning solutions.
• Proactively communicate task and project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in needs analysis to determine training needs within the curricula.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design learning content.
• Research, recommend, and implement creative learning experiences.
• Focus on quality, branding, attention to detail, and user experience.
• Design and develop training content that engages learners and aligns with identified outcomes.
• Develop/review videos, eLearning, blended learning, and virtual training programs.
• Collaborate with multimedia team to create or modify media assets to support instructional needs.
• Develop eLearning, videos, instructor led, blended learning, and virtual training curriculums.
• Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables.
• Work with Implementation Administrator to manage deliverables through.
• Design, develop, and conduct assessments and evaluations.
• Analyze assessment and evaluation results to drive design/development improvements.
• Drive and implement instructional design methodologies across projects and deliverables.
• Partner with internal and external teams to drive content improvements.
• Research, recommend, and manage third-party training solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive e-learning, on-demand, and rapid development and design skills
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to learning solutions

Los deberes esenciales del trabajo
• Gestionar las fases de diseño del proyecto (prototipo, pruebas, funcionalidad, UX, ejecución en seco, desarrollo, publicación).
• Centrarse en el desarrollo rápido de contenidos y en soluciones de aprendizaje eficientes.
• Comunicar de forma proactiva la tarea y el estado del proyecto a las partes interesadas internas y externas.
• Participar en el análisis de necesidades para determinar las necesidades de formación dentro de los planes de estudios.
• Trabajar con expertos en materia de materia (PYME) para diseñar contenido de aprendizaje.
• Investigar, recomendar e implementar experiencias creativas de aprendizaje.
• Centrarse en la calidad, la marca, la atención a los detalles y la experiencia del usuario.
• Diseñar y desarrollar contenido de formación que involucre a los alumnos y se alinee con los resultados identificados.
• Desarrollar y revisar vídeos, eLearning, aprendizaje mixto y programas virtuales de formación.
• Colaborar con el equipo multimedia para crear o modificar activos de medios para respaldar las necesidades educativas.
• Desarrollar programas de aprendizaje electrónico, vídeos, guiados por instructores, aprendizaje mixto y currículos virtuales de formación.
• Realizar la revisión por pares y la evaluación de calidad de los productos entregados.
• Trabajar con el Administrador de Implementación para gestionar los resultados.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y llevar a cabo evaluaciones.
• Analizar los resultados de evaluación y evaluación para impulsar mejoras en el diseño/desarrollo.
• Desarrollar e implementar metodologías de diseño instructivo en todos los proyectos y productos obtenidos.
• Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para impulsar mejoras de contenido.
• Investigar, recomendar y gestionar soluciones de formación de terceros.

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas
• Un mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional relevante
• Habilidades completas de aprendizaje electrónico, bajo demanda y de desarrollo rápido y diseño
• Conocimiento sólido de la teoría del aprendizaje de adultos y su aplicación a las soluciones de aprendizaje
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita e interpersonal
• Experiencia en el trabajo con las PYME en un entorno de equipo
• Experiencia en el trabajo con un sistema de gestión del aprendizaje (LMS)
• Capacidad para la autogestión de múltiples proyectos de desarrollo y plazos
• Particular atención a los detalles y a las normas de marca
• Capacidad para definir y documentar el proceso
• Capacidad para gestionar grandes proyectos estratégicos
• Capacidad para fomentar y crear relaciones de trabajo sólidas
• Capacidad para entrenar y proporcionar retroalimentación
• Capacidad para diseñar con calidad visual y experiencia positiva del usuario
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo colaborativo y rápido

Educación y capacitación necesarias
• Se requiere un título universitario mínimo
• Proficiencia en software requerida:
O Articulado Rise 360
O Camtasia
o Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
O MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel, equipos)
