What You’ll Do

Generate and shape creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals, optimized for paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.

Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.

Lead production of high‑performing ads (short‑form video, UGC, influencer collaborations, static, TV, etc.), ensuring speed and quality.

Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks that connect learnings with creative hypotheses across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

Analyze and synthesize performance results, distilling insights into storytelling opportunities and driving iteration and scale.

Lead agency relationships and channel partners to maximize creative output and ensure alignment with Jerry’s goals.

Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep our creative fresh and effective.

Build and manage a creative pipeline that balances speed and craft while aligning assets with growth goals.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

Share learnings and best practices to turn creative testing into a scalable, data‑informed playbook.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy in performance‑driven environments.

Proven track record producing or directing high‑performing creative for paid channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV).

Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, iteration, and testing frameworks.

Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize quality and performance.

Analytical comfort and ability to use data to refine creative direction.

AI fluency and experimentation with generative tools to streamline workflows.

Passion for advertising and storytelling; study brands, trends, and performance creative for fun.

Understanding of full‑funnel marketing from brand awareness to conversion assets.

Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast‑paced environments bridging creative, media, and analytics.

Bonus: experience in both agency and growth contexts at app‑based or DTC brands.
