About The Role Shamrock is seeking a Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of financial services and card products to join our dynamic and growing team. This role shapes how our brands show up in the market – combining strategic insight, data‑driven decision making and strong cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and tactical executor, able to drive performance while supporting day‑to‑day execution.
What You’ll Do
Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth for factoring, banking, lending and all other financial services.
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning marketing priorities with business objectives and developing go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to ensure strategies remain modern, effective and competitive.
Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy.
Create campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth.
Manage campaign performance and report on KPIs, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable ROI.
Partner closely with Product to define and execute go‑to‑market plans for new products, feature enhancements and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in financial services.
Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in a regulated financial environment.
