WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Are you a creative thinker with a knack for organization and a passion for driving brand success? We're looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our on‑site marketing initiatives and bring fresh ideas to life. In this property‑based role, you'll be planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for Blue Mountain Resort. REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.

Project management experience and time‑management skills for juggling numerous time‑sensitive projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management software is an asset.

Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must, with experience in web page development or graphic design very helpful.

Experience creating video content (TikToks, Reels, etc.).

Basic understanding of how to capture engaging images for social media.

Proficient in WordPress, Excel, MS Word, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite.

Photoshop skills preferred.

Ski or snowboard experience preferred.

Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Ability to work on property in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Assist in developing copy and maintaining brand voice across social platforms.

Assist in developing seasonal strategy for social media channels.

Assist in creating social media videos including Reels, TikToks, and Instagram Stories.

Work with department managers to highlight lines of business throughout the property.

Help maintain content library.

Consistent monitoring of marketing industry trends and related ski resort businesses, researching and evaluating opportunities.

Oversee snow report and conditions updates.
