Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Burlington, VT. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving student enrollment through strategic marketing initiatives, managing sales pipelines, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role includes building relationships with prospective students, conducting effective sales presentations, maintaining communication with potential clients, and supporting the marketing team in creating engaging campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of enrollment goals while reflecting the mission and values of AWI.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with potential students and respond to inquiries
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to manage leads, close enrollments, and maintain client relationships
Training experience to guide students and clients in understanding school programs and services
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with marketing strategies and campaign execution is a plus
Prior experience in an educational or vocational training setting is an advantage
