Social Media Influencer - Thrift & Mission Content Creator (Volunteer)
Use your creativity to spark change for Idaho youth. By sharing DIY flips, styling tips, or feel‑good stories on Instagram or Facebook, you can turn your content into a powerful tool that showcases our thrift stores and spreads the word about our mission supporting youth across Idaho.
Responsibilities
Visit thrift stores to create engaging content such as Reels, posts, and stories
Highlight cool finds, sales, donation drives, and thrift flips
Share the mission behind each purchase and explain how it funds youth programs
Submit content and a media release for sharing on IYR platforms
Optionally post content on your personal social accounts and tag Idaho Youth Ranch
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on occasional campaigns or challenges
Respond to comments, engage with followers, and build awareness
Qualifications
Creative and comfortable on Instagram and Facebook
Confident content creator with an eye for trends, thrift, and storytelling
Organized, reliable, and excited to represent Idaho Youth Ranch positively
Skilled with a smartphone or camera to create engaging media
Passionate about making a difference for youth in your community
Bonus: existing public social media presence or experience sharing content about fashion, DIY, or community causes
