About The Role
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns across events, residential outreach, and B2B channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to assist with campaign planning, customer engagement, and maintaining consistent brand representation. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent starting point for a long-term marketing career.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns
Engage with customers and clearly communicate brand messages
Assist in preparing marketing materials and setting up event displays
Collect customer feedback and assist with basic market research
Help monitor campaign performance and support reporting tasks
Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
Participate in training sessions to expand marketing knowledge and communication skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
