Join SignalWire as a Product Designer for our US team.
Where You Are This is a remote role open to residents of the following US states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and residents of Canada (excluding Quebec).
Who You Are
You’ve designed experiences beyond GUIs. You’re comfortable with industrial design, service design, or developer tools.
You’re a product‑first designer comfortable with APIs and CLIs as well as pixel‑perfect interfaces.
You approach user research with genuine curiosity and remain open to findings that challenge assumptions.
You iterate quickly and help the team improve through collaboration.
You prioritize design work based on real constraints and team capacity, not just what’s cool.
What You’ll Do
Design across GUIs, APIs, CLIs, and documentation.
Help product teams solve real customer problems through research, data, and iteration.
Guide teams toward evidence‑based decisions using research and metrics.
Talk directly with customers to validate ideas and discover new opportunities.
Build and maintain design systems that keep experiences consistent.
Scale your impact by creating frameworks that let teams ship great work independently.
Own the quality of experiences from initial concept through implementation and documentation.
