The Americas Regional Marketing Team creates best‑in‑class strategies and GTM initiatives with a customer‑first perspective to increase the effectiveness, scale, and agility of regional campaigns. We partner with Customer Success leaders to meet cloud revenue objectives and pipeline health through high‑impact marketing programs that drive tangible market growth in the Americas. The Role

Responsible for demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue objectives defined for the South Market Unit (MU) Sales and Marketing territory. Execute tactics such as account‑based marketing (ABM), data‑driven marketing, direct and digital channels, inside marketing, online and physical events, and more. Focus on market‑wide ROMI and work across the marketing organization to deliver optimal marketing ROI. Responsibilities

Partner with sales to execute an appropriate solution/industry program portfolio mix that addresses customer needs. Build a balanced marketing plan across all pipeline stages, leveraging traditional and ABM tactics. Maintain brand quality, consistency, and promote demand‑generation activities. Contribute industry and market knowledge to improve lead quality and campaign processes. Use systems of record (CRM, Marketo, SAP Analytics Cloud) to analyze performance and identify enhancements. Provide market research and analysis to optimize data segmentation and identify new opportunities. Align marketing tactics with stakeholders, adapting rollout plans and communication channels. Collaborate with channel partners to integrate ecosystem and direct/indirect go‑to‑market approach. Develop, manage, and ensure dissemination of asset campaigns (collateral, websites, white papers). Engage and contract agencies, manage budgets, and optimize investments. Qualifications

3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience. Experience in a multi‑national tech company (hardware or software). Data‑driven, results‑oriented marketer. Excellent understanding of business drivers internally and with customers. Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) a plus. Experience in sales a plus. Project management skills (small‑to‑medium projects). Team‑player in a matrixed organization. Strong business acumen. Education

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly desirable. Location
