Role Overview
The Media Buyer (Native Ads) is responsible for negotiating and buying advertising inventory across multiple digital platforms. You will build, maintain, and optimize campaigns with a blend of creativity, analytical skill, and results‑oriented problem solving.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize conversion rates and profitability.
- Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver efficient results.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Test new ideas based on insights from campaign management.
- Proactively optimize media buys using KPIs.
- Ensure campaign KPIs and objectives are met both in the short and long term.
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital‑performance marketing experience, focused on media buying.
- 2+ years of Taboola and Outbrain advertising experience.
- Experience with Yahoo Gemini (Verizon Media Native) is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Proven track record handling high volume, large budgets, complex targeting, and driving results.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions – a must!
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High‑level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic statistics knowledge.
- Good eye for design and creative assets.
