We’re looking for a CDP Analyst / Audience Strategist who lights up at the words: “You get to build it from scratch.” If shaping a full CDP + data strategy, cleaning messy datasets, and transforming raw info into high-impact audience activation sounds like your happy zone, please keep reading.
This contract role (3–6 months, with a high likelihood to convert to full-time) is your chance to own Microsoft’s CDP end-to-end, build reporting where none exists, and influence CRM, marketing, and IT from day one.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You’re a self-starter with real analytics muscle. You’re someone who doesn’t wait for dashboards to exist.
- You can build, refine, and operationalize audiences inside Microsoft CDP with your eyes closed.
- You know your way around Microsoft Fabric/SQL and can navigate enterprise-scale, multi-location data like a pro.
- You partner seamlessly across CRM, marketing, and IT — speaking tech and business in equal measure.
- You’ve got retail/healthcare/multi-location chops and understand sensitive data, segmentation, and activation strategy.
- You think strategically: journey design, lead gen, pricing/promo approaches, segmentation frameworks…You build it all.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape engagement strategy from day one, with full hands‑on ownership to build reporting, clean and structure the data, and make the CDP truly actionable. You’ll collaborate across CRM, marketing, and IT as the go‑to CDP expert, flexing both your technical and creative muscles to drive segmentation, activation, and pricing/promo strategies. It’s a fast-moving environment where you’ll stand up new initiatives quickly, influence decision‑making, and create real change in a short timeframe.
