CVG Properties is currently searching for an experienced multifamily property manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of a beautiful 90‑unit apartment community located in Tempe built in 2021.

Who Are You?

We are seeking an experienced property manager who understands the value, benefit and stability of working directly with an owner/operator to proactively manage our communities. You will have a voice heard and a desire to help shape the direction and success of both our communities and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all property operations, general administration and maintenance of the property.
  • Provide best‑in‑class customer service to residents and potential residents.
  • Ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting.

What You Bring

  • High school graduate or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
  • 2+ years as a community manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and initiate appropriate action.
  • Positive attitude and ability to smile under all circumstances.
  • Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
  • Competence in computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, including Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using Yardi or other property management software is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
  • Participation in training to comply with new or existing laws.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
