About the Role:

A leading professional services firm is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Baton Rouge team. This role will focus on creating high-quality visual content for digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded materials: brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media posts, presentations, event signage, and website content
• Create graphics for internal communications and external campaigns
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook)
• Collaborate with internal teams on practice‑specific marketing needs
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Assist with video editing and multimedia projects
• Track social media performance and engagement metrics
• Stay current on design trends and best practices for professional services
• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal use, proposals, and client presentations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts
• Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in legal or professional services a plus
