Full Job Description

Our F45 Training, Bothell team is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. Our coaches are masters of energy, technique, motivation, and inspiration. As an F45 Head Trainer, you will manage the team of full‑time and part‑time trainers as well as run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

• Current/Active CPT from one of the following: NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NAFC [REQUIRED]
• Current/Active CPR/AED certification [REQUIRED]
• Experience with MINDBODY management software
• Minimum of (2) years of experience in personal training or group fitness
• Lead F45 group training classes, coach a minimum of (20) classes per week
• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
• Excitement to learn, grow and take on feedback
• Manage the team of studio trainers
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed
• Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities with Sales team as needed
• First Visit Communication – Be aware of and meet first time members at the gym to walk them through the F45 process
• Make the monthly coaches schedule for teaching classes
• Order supplies: cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels
• Post to social media
• Setup the studio for functional training classes
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained
• Conduct monthly meetings with the coaches team to go over new F45 phases
• Ensure coaches are following opening and closing procedures
• Help with membership sales
• Work with sales team/other coaches to plan and run the F45 Challenge

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
