Senior UX Researcher at ADP
Join ADP’s UX Research team and help shape the future of cloud‑based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions. Your work will give voice to millions of users through research and data‑driven insights.
What You’ll Do
- Create and conduct research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and inform product decisions.
- Take ownership of the product voice, asking why and how data can influence design choices, and develop proposals and timelines to turn insights into action.
- Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, and developers in a fast‑paced environment to communicate user priorities.
- Recruit, manage, and conduct testing with participants, collecting quantitative and qualitative data that supports data‑driven design.
- Adapt methods to the situation, handling everything from data collection to one‑on‑one conversations and survey coding.
- Use AI‑enhanced research tools to stay current with emerging technologies and deliver innovative solutions.
To Succeed in This Role
- Earn a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have 2–5 years of experience in user research, translating findings into design recommendations.
- Be familiar with research and prototyping tools such as Maze, UserInterviews, and Dovetail.
- An advanced degree in HCI or a related field is a plus but not required.
