Brick and mortar is not dead but it is drastically changing and Revi is leading that change into the future. 31 years ago Web 1.0 started and it gave people the ability to click hyperlinks and read text. When Web 2.0 came about 10 years later it revolutionized the world.
It allowed people to do things like buying, shipping, mailing, shopping, and more. In the past doing these things was only reserved for an in‑person physical experience but now they could be done online. That one technology advancement, though simple, changed the world, but now the internet world is so robust that there are things you can do online that you cannot do in a physical location.
This is the next great shift in the market that Revi is calling Web 3.0. There are companies trying to bring this digital experience into the physical stores in their own siloed ecosystems. For example, Uber is bringing a simplified way to interact with cabs in the physical location, Bonobos brings a simplified way to interact with their retail stores, or the Amazon Go store simplifying purchasing in the physical location. Revi is looking to bring this way of iterating with physical locations to all consumers no matter what physical store you walk into.
Revi offers businesses an in‑store digital platform that allows businesses to build long‑lasting relationships with their customers and allow consumers to digitally interact with any business they walk into. Our product is a beautifully designed in‑store self‑ordering system where consumers can buy, pay, get rewards, and much more. The data collected is leveraged to improve the ordering experience and attract new consumers. With a fresh round of funding in the bank from top Silicon Valley seed investors (Ubiquity Ventures, Precursor Ventures, Designer Fund & others) during the pandemic, we are ready to pursue a multi‑billion dollar opportunity.

The Revi Role
As a Product Designer focused on our Revi Partner Ecosystem, you will lead the end‑to‑end design process (from research to high‑fidelity finalized prototypes) of all new and existing features, enhancements, and products from conception to shipping. You possess an expert level of experience with Figma for developing wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. This role is an individual contributor role; however, you will have a direct opportunity to drive the best possible user experience across all our partner touchpoints (500+ businesses across 10+ product lines). You are a master communicator and collaborator who will work closely with product, engineering, and GTM to address design needs. Your mission will be to execute partner designs at the highest level, according to the core requirements, and on the predefined timeline, all with an innovation‑first mindset.
What You’ll Do ♂️
Own the entire design process – from concept exploration, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to detailed specs and polished visual design via Figma
Collaborate with product leadership, design, GTM, engineering, and executive staff on the current queue of active product designs
Contribute to strategic decisions with partners, stakeholders, and executives on the current and future direction of Revi Partner Products
Stay afloat with the latest trends and best practices in product design and user experience
Design end‑to‑end flows and experiences for hardware and software environments that are simple, personalized, rewarding, and connected to our business end users
Proactively collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to solicit and provide feedback to raise our design bar for speed, quality, and consistency
Participate and influence high‑level product designs, status updates, prioritizations, strategies, and roadmaps with product leadership, design, and engineering teams
Implement, refine, and evangelize a design process to take defined product requirements into finalized prototypes and advocate for the overall approach
Spearhead and up‑level the overall design direction and partner with cross‑functional teams to understand the go‑forward vision and direction
Own the research and analysis process through partner interviews and surveys
What We Expect You’ll Bring to the Role
Minimum 5+ years of designing, building, and shipping business‑to‑business (B2B) software and hardware applications at the level of whole features/products encompassing an end‑to‑end experience across various platforms and environments
Minimum 5+ years leading product design direction and design thinking while developing product design goals, identifying opportunities, streamlining operations, and making design decisions based on the impact on end users
5+ years of expert‑level Adobe XD or Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.) design experience
5+ years of experience producing an extensive range of visual and interactive concepts to review across multiple platforms and environments
Minimum 5+ years experience with A/B Testing and using data to inform design strategies and approaches
An expert visual designer proficient in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetics who can create from scratch and present to an executive audience
Experience advising junior designers and stakeholders on design best practices
Expert‑level storytelling skills to ensure that the design strategy and direction have a clear voice and message that is compelling and coherent
Self‑starter who is hungry, focused, and accountable to meet critical project deadlines without fail
Master collaborator in both written and verbal communications across business and technical stakeholders
Owner of a comprehensive design portfolio that showcases your past accomplishments within the B2B space
