We're seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven

Director of Admissions & Marketing

to lead our Intake Department and grow our behavioral health referral network. This role blends operational leadership, community engagement, and sales/marketing strategy to drive patient admissions and support our mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. What You'll Do

Lead and develop the Intake/Admissions team Oversee pre-admission workflows, crisis triage quality, and compliance Build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, crisis centers, and community organizations Drive referral growth through outreach, presentations, and community events Promote facility services and guide patients/families through the admissions process Track referral activity, outcomes, and marketing performance Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives and service awareness What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required 3 years behavioral health intake experience preferred 1 year healthcare marketing or sales experience (BH preferred) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About KCBM:

64-bed acute inpatient setting IOP/PHP oversight Adult and Geriatric client population Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Acute intervention focus with short term stays Joint venture/Professional partnerships between NHC, Tennova and University of Tennessee - Knoxville What we will provide for you:
