Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and a keen understanding of public relations strategies and tactics. This role is vital for enhancing our brand's visibility and maintaining a positive image in the media and community at large. 

Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute press releases to enhance media coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Assist in the preparation of PR materials and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and create reports on PR activities and outcomes.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations or communications roles is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their impact on public relations.
