Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy and development for performance marketing, partnering with performance marketing strategy, channel specialists, and production agency partners.

Translate strategic direction and audience insights into design solutions that balance brand consistency and performance optimization.

Build and adapt performance marketing design systems for static, animation, and lightweight video assets across Meta, Google360, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.

Produce high‑volume creative variations efficiently, maintaining quality and brand alignment while employing a test‑and‑learn mindset.

Design and build email layouts supporting acquisition, engagement, and retention flows.>

Present creative concepts clearly, iterating quickly based on feedback, data, and performance insights.

Maintain deep understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and ensure consistency across all assets and channels.

Retouch images, edit video, and perform visual enhancements to achieve polished, high‑quality output.

Optimize creative using performance data and platform insights to improve results.

Collaborate closely with brand team, project managers, and agency partner to plan workload, meet timelines, and deliver cohesive creative.

Stay current on industry best practices, platform updates, competitor creative, and emerging trends in performance marketing design.

Apply platform best practices and trend awareness to evolve creative approach continuously.

Incorporate performance learnings and customer insights to refine creative output.

Contribute to a culture of experimentation, agility, and creative innovation within marketing.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in visual design, marketing design, or performance creative.

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence and experience building or implementing digital brand identities.

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience producing static and animation/video creative for performance platforms.

Strong understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and visual systems.

Ability to balance brand integrity with performance‑driven experimentation.

Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑output environments with shifting priorities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
