Why Box Needs You Our powerful products solve customers’ most significant business problems. More than 1,500 banking institutions trust Box to handle sensitive data, power workflows, and deliver enterprise AI at scale. We’re looking for a world‑class B2B product marketer with expertise in the financial services and banking industry, comfortable owning full‑spectrum product marketing activities—from positioning and messaging to integrated go‑to‑market planning.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with field sales, inside sales, marketing, professional services, and others on messaging and target marketing.

Provide content for website, collateral, PR, media, industry analyst briefings, tradeshows, online marketing, and customer stories.

Represent the company at speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, and industry analyst briefings.

Deliver sales training and enablement to internal teams and external partners.

Develop sales tools such as sales kits, ROI analysis, qualification and messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness.

Partner with account teams in specific sales situations where your expertise is valuable to the customer.

Build expertise on Box’s product portfolio and align features and capabilities with the banking space, iterating on product messaging with technical PMMs.

Execute the content strategy for external marketing channels (blog posts, e‑books, presentations, 1‑pagers, thought leadership, events) and for sales and customer success enablement (outbound plays, battle cards, pitch decks, webpages, call scripts, email templates).

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for banking, partnering across marketing, sales, customer success, product teams, and customers to understand challenges, use cases, and drive business results.

Who You Are

6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with significant focus on commercial or retail banking, wealth management, or capital markets.

Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create effective executive‑level presentations.

A dynamic storyteller with a strong viewpoint on AI and financial services, expertise in messaging, positioning, GTM, and content strategies, and sales enablement materials.

Solid B2B SaaS experience; deep understanding of the sales process, user and buyer personas, and what financial services sellers need to succeed.

Strong business intuition and awareness of executive pain points.

Passionate about leveraging AI‑first approaches to enable faster, smarter decisions.

Comfortable working in fast‑moving, startup‑style or dynamic environments where agility is key.

A “make it happen” mindset and strong player‑coach leadership, able to influence senior executives without direct authority.
