In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Leverage market, M&A, publication, and competitive insights to drive commercial initiatives.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our Specialty Segments.

Drive end‑to‑end project execution and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver key business objectives.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or service in clinical diagnostics (preferred) or healthcare industry.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred (LeSS, Kaizen, PSP, TPI, etc).

Previous experience in project management with strong analytical and planning skills.

Ability to travel 25% domestically.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In

Demonstrated track records of direct and indirect people leadership, managing the people side of change and achieving impact.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization. The candidate must have a working knowledge of the principal areas and roles of Marketing, Sales, Service, Planning, R&D, QA and Business Development.

Salary range for this role is $130,000–$145,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. The company offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
