Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our creative and marketing operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day workflows, fast response times, and seamless coordination across teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Respond to branding inquiries and manage incoming emails
Manage user access and permissions across creative/marketing applications
Upload, organize, and maintain assets in our digital asset management (DAM) system
Support general project management tasks across multiple simultaneous workstreams
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving smoothly
Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders as needed
Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and operational processes
Ideal Profile
At least 5 years of relevant project management experience
Experience in creative, marketing, or brand-driven environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
Clear communicator who ensures follow-through and consistency
Familiarity with DAM systems, creative tools, and agency workflows
