About the Role The Company is seeking a VP Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy and execution, defining target markets, and developing annual marketing plans to meet revenue goals. This includes managing the marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI, and partnering with sales, product, and finance teams for full alignment on various strategic aspects. The VP Marketing will also lead a diverse team, establish clear KPIs, and foster a culture of focus, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities for the VP Marketing at the company include leading pipeline generation, owning the pipeline number, and being fully accountable for the volume and quality of marketing-generated pipeline. The role demands the ability to build and execute multi-channel demand programs that drive predictable growth, as well as to partner with sales on lead generation and enablement.
