About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead its global brand, product marketing, and communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing roadmap, enhancing the market position, and ensuring that the company's story is compelling and resonates with customers, partners, and the wider ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of integrated marketing, particularly in highly technical or fast-evolving industries. Key responsibilities include owning the brand strategy, leading demand generation and growth initiatives, overseeing market intelligence, and managing communications, PR, and thought-leadership programs. The CMO will also be tasked with building and scaling a high-performing marketing organization and partnering cross-functionally to align marketing strategy with product, go-to-market, and leadership teams.

Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should possess extensive executive-level experience in leading marketing organizations, particularly in high-growth tech environments. A proven track record of driving measurable growth in complex or technical markets is essential. The role requires exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills, as well as a data-driven approach to decision-making and familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in other European languages being advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing team.
