Job Description:
Leading or assisting in the technical production such as video, lighting, streaming, audio and graphics support activities for events at the church's Leawood location with primary focus on Building C (Student Center/Student Ministry) programming and secondarily, providing support to Buildings B/A (Kids Ministry, Foundry) as needed.

Position-Specific
- Manage ongoing technical production support at the Leawood location. This includes regular maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment for Building C/Student Center/Wesley Chapel, under the supervision of the Churchwide Technical Director.
- Provide Production for worship/programming across the Leawood campus.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for audio, video and lighting, projection, software and editing systems to ensure minimal disruption from technical failures during live events.
- Develop sustained proficiency in systems such as:
- Analog Way SmartMatrix Ultra switchers
- Roland VR-800HD
- Roland V-1HD
- Vaddio ProductionVIEW switcher
- Digico SD9, SD10, SD11 audio console
- Program Cue Lists: repair and operate Hog lighting console
- Work with lead staff to continually improve, by designing system upgrades to improve efficiency, create new usage and operations procedures to improve user-friendliness and to improve the functionality of systems.
- Serve as trainer and standard setter for staff and volunteers in the use of technical equipment and systems.
- Develop /adhere to training materials, checklists, and tools to aid volunteers and staff in best use of technical equipment and systems.
- Be available to produce services and ministry programs in any Leawood venue/building as needed and other Resurrection locations as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Media or related field, preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience producing live and recorded events
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds regularly
