At Tonic3, we are looking for a Creative Multimedia Copywriter to join our dynamic team within an integrated in-house agency. Collaborate with client partners to create captivating work that includes everything from dynamic video scripts and engaging social media campaigns to eye-catching motion graphics and targeted marketing copy. This is your opportunity to craft compelling messaging that connects audiences with brand stories in unique and memorable ways.

Position Overview: As an integral part of our client's creative team, the Creative Multimedia Copywriter will turn innovative ideas into engaging content for various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling video scripts, catchy taglines, interactive social media posts, and more, all aimed at sparking connections and breathing life into brand stories. We are seeking a versatile storyteller who excels in collaboration and is dedicated to delivering innovative and strategically aligned messaging.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

This salary range reflects competitive market rates for Copywriter roles in various locations. Actual compensation will be based on your skills, experience, and the unique value you bring to this position. We value and recognize individual strengths and expertise.

Work Location:

  • Irving, TX (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
  • New York, NY (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Wilmington, DE (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Schaumburg, IL (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:

  • Write engaging and persuasive copy across various formats including video scripts, social media content, marketing materials, and more.
  • Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table to address messaging challenges for complex initiatives, ensuring content captures audience attention.
  • Collaborate with team members to create cohesive and compelling storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Apply best practices and accessibility standards to all multimedia content.
  • Adapt messaging to resonate with different audiences, formats, and digital environments.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and writing techniques, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of professional writing experience, particularly in multimedia content, with an emphasis on video and social media.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using Figma and creative AI tools.
  • Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with strong command of AP Style.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for crafting concise and impactful copy.
  • Curious and eager to learn about our client's products and target audiences.
  • Able to adapt voice and style to suit various markets and channels.
  • A collaborative team player who welcomes constructive feedback.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure and effectively managing workloads.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Previous agency experience is required.
  • An online portfolio showcasing your work in storytelling across multimedia channels is mandatory.
  • A writing test may be required.
